Immediate digital access
Before checkout, buyers must request immediate delivery and acknowledge that cancellation rights may be lost once access begins where permitted by law.
General policy
Because digital report access is delivered immediately, purchases are generally non-refundable after access begins. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Requesting help
For a duplicate charge, unavailable report, or other purchase problem, contact contact@failfolio.com with the PayPal transaction reference. PayPal disputes remain subject to PayPal’s processes.
Access after a refund or dispute
A full refund, reversal, chargeback, or payment dispute revokes access to the associated report after the verified PayPal event is processed. Partial refunds are reviewed manually.
Unavailable reports
If a purchased case becomes unavailable, access may be suspended while the editorial team determines whether to correct, restore, replace, or refund the report.
