General policy
Because digital report access is delivered immediately, Failfolio does not voluntarily offer refunds for reports that have been accessed.
Mandatory rights
This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. Paddle may approve legally required or discretionary refunds under its buyer policies.
Access after a refund or dispute
A full refund, chargeback, or payment dispute revokes access to the associated report after the verified Paddle event is processed. Partial refunds are reviewed manually.
Unavailable reports
If a purchased case becomes unavailable, access may be suspended while the editorial team determines whether to correct, restore, replace, or refund the report.
