What we collect
Account details, private submission content, optional evidence, purchase records, and newsletter consent are collected only for the relevant product flow. Marketing consent is separate from submissions and purchases.
What stays private
Contributor contact details, raw submissions, evidence, private review notes, buyer email addresses, and payment-provider payloads are not public. Evidence is stored in private access-controlled storage and is available only to its owner and authorized editors.
Publication and anonymity
Public cases contain an editorially anonymized version. Details may be rounded, ranged, omitted, or generalized to reduce identification risk.
Service providers
Supabase supports account, database, and file-storage functions. Paddle acts as Merchant of Record. AI providers may process submission text for the mandatory private screening step when that step is enabled and configured.
Account deletion
Deleting an account removes private identity linkage and private evidence according to the deletion policy. A licensed, already-published anonymized case may be retained without contributor linkage where the publication license permits it.
