Before publication

Every contributor submission stays private. The contributor must confirm their right to share the material and grant Failfolio permission to anonymize, edit, publish, and commercially distribute the resulting report. Each submission completes either a recorded manual screen or an AI-assisted privacy and editorial screen. AI output is advisory and can never approve or publish a case.

Human editorial checks

1. Required consent and publication rights are present.
2. The chronology and financial claims are internally coherent, or their limitations are disclosed.
3. Available supporting material is reviewed privately.
4. Direct and indirect identifiers, confidential details, and unsupported accusations are removed or generalized.
5. An authorized editor explicitly approves publication.

Evidence and uncertainty

Evidence is never published automatically. Each real case explains whether figures are exact, rounded, estimated, ranged, or undisclosed. Review is not an audit, forensic investigation, guarantee of truth, or financial advice.
